Cape Fusion
PT – 3 cl de mistura de brandy com xarope de cola
4 cl de Amarula
4 cl de natas
1,5 bolas de gelado de baunilha
EN – 3 cl brandy & cola syrup mixture
4 cl Amarula
4 cl cream
1.5 scoops of vanilla ice cream
PT – Começar por colocar a mistura de brandy com xarope de cola no fundo do copo.
Adicionar os restantes ingredientes (incluindo o gelado) num mixer.
Bater até obter uma mistura cremosa.
Com a ajuda de uma colher bailarina, verter cuidadosamente a mistura sobre o brandy e o xarope já no copo, criando camadas.
Finalizar com uma pitada de canela por cima.
EN- Start by pouring the brandy and cola syrup mixture into the bottom of the glass.
Add the remaining ingredients (including the ice cream) to a mixer.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Using a bar spoon, gently pour the mixture over the brandy and syrup to create layers.
Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
